Lincoln Lab is MIT’s Federally Funded Research and Development Facility in Lexington, MA. Established after WW II, the Lab is a world leader in military, defense and high tech innovation. This film was commissioned on the 50th anniversary of the Lab, to document and celebrate a half-century of achievement, and to honor the pioneering engineers whose creative talents made it all happen. The film is 45 minutes long and was compiled from 150 interviews with Lincoln Lab employees in all divisions, Department of Defense officials, private sector professionals, US Military personnel and senior management of the Lab. The visual components combine historical photos and videos from the Lab’s archives with original footage shot by M&M films and Lincoln Lab videographers. This clip is 2:30 minutes long.
